Alpine's AccuClass-D™ Power Amplifiers use an advanced Class-D circuit design which is truly digital. The audio signal is converted to digital data, and is sent to the Alpine DSP processor for precision "Tuning" by the Bass Engine® functions. This is the most accurate amplifier control system available - especially im portant when connecting multiple amps to drive multiple subwoofers. The top panel looks clean and flips up for easy access to controls - all of which are on the top, not the side!
